Dance is considered a form of communication between the audience and the performer, as children who are shy or introverted can easily express their form of expression through dance and its various forms. Children have loved to enjoy several forms of dance because of its enthusiastic rhythm and music over the past few years. Kids have engrossed so much of their interest towards this field and wanted to make their career towards it.


Dance is a form of art through which children can communicate to the audience without using any words or sentences, as their body language and expressions says it all. Dance, as means of communication, agrees that its message is conveyed by the choreographer via the human body for the observer. Leaving no doubt that dance is performed to be watched. Brain activation elicited by the visual perception of dance has also become a topic of interest in cognitive neuroscience, about action observation in the context of learning, expertise and aesthetics.




Dance is a form of communication between the audience and the performer, as children are not aware of the fact that through dance. They can also share their feelings and emotions with the public. And dance can also help the kids to convey their message to the audience. Dance is known popularly as a form of art or extra co-curricular activity. But, in the past few years, kids are not considering it as an extra co-curricular activity, despite which children have started taking it as a career option in their life. 


Many Bollywood dances help the kids to convey their message or feeling of expression to the public. Dance is a non-verbal form of art meaning the performer can communicate to their audience through their expressions only. And the various forms of dance help the kids to portray their message or emotions through different types of dance. Dance can be used as a vehicle for expression. It can help tell a story, convey feelings and emotions, and connect with others and with ourselves. Body movement can be expressive and communicative. It can be used as a means of self-expression where words are not necessary – the body does all the talking!




Dance is the only activity that is considered a form of expression, as children can easily express their emotions to the public through dance. Kids used to learn various forms of dance like traditional, neotraditional, classical and many more forms of dance. To learn more about their culture and also to become experts in giving perfect expressions during their dance performances. Body language and eye contact are both considered very important parts of any dance performance. Because in a performance, a performer can not use any words or sentences to deliver their message to the public or the audience.


So, then body language and eye contact become the only source to communicate with them. Children learn about the different forms of body language while learning dance because using correct body language is very important in any performance.
